Consignments generally accepted anytime! KrisAnn’s Been There will accept clothing that is currently in fashion and in the appointed season. Clothing must be clean, on hangers and in excellent condition. Other merchandise such as accessories or jewelry must be in functioning condition also.
Customer Receives:
40% of the selling price
Clothing or other merchandise is kept no longer than 30 days. During that time items will go on sale at the discretion of the store- but generally after 20 days. Clothing or other merchandise not picked up at the end of consignment schedule will be considered donated and becomes ownership of KrisAnn’s Been There, LLC.
KrisAnn’s Been There or any agent representing the store will call or email the consignor if any money is owed as a result of items sold. It is the responsibility of the consignor to pick up monies immediately. It is also the responsibility of the consignor to pick up any unsold consigned items immediately after the 30 day timeframe. Again, any item left behind by consignor will be considered a donation to KrisAnn’s Been There.
KrisAnn’s Been There will maintain a log of consignors by assigning a number to each person. All information will be confidential. It is the responsibility of consignor to keep contact information current while items are in the store.
All consigners must understand that KrisAnn’s Been There assumes no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen items left on consignment for any reason, nor makes any guarantee for the sale of any item.
